Knitwear Innovation & Design Society (KIDS)
1. To serve the local practitioners in respect of business development and production management to improve market standing.
2. To serve as an information provider to upkeep the technological and business knowledge and skills of the local practitioners to enhance professionalism.
3. To establish a skill bank by organizing and developing designers and technologists;
4. To establish a knowledge bank by evolving and promoting application of latest technological developments and innovations.
Members of business and technical establishments in the knitwear industry, including materials, dyeing and printing, knitting and manufacturing, subsidiary processing, equipment and facilities, testing, educational and training institutions, logistics, etc, who are engaged in the position of design, merchandising or production, etc. are entitled to apply for membership of the KIDS.
